HOW TO PREPARE
To help our team provide the best service, we ask clients to prepare their home before we arrive. This includes putting away items from surfaces, crating or securing pets, and leaving out tools or supplies if requested. Preparing ahead of time ensures our cleaning technicians can focus on delivering a spotless, eco-friendly clean in every room of your home.
AFTER WE LEAVE
Client feedback is essential to our mission of quality. After each cleaning, you'll receive a request to share your experience, allowing our team to celebrate wins and improve where needed. For first-time deep cleans, you may notice some dust resettling within 24 hours - this is normal and will diminish with regular service. Our goal is always to leave you with a home that feels fresh, healthy, and cared for.
